Experteer Overview As the face and voice of Deel to clients, you cultivate durable relationships and translate them into long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, while advocating for clients internally to expand their use of Deel. The role blends relationship management with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment
- Identify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
- Represent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insights
- Ensure high-quality, day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requests

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles
