- Lead and technically drive challenging infrastructure projects across multiple domains
- Architect, design, build, test, and deploy resilient network solutions with first-time success
- Evaluate and select viable solutions via PoCs and feasibility studies
- Manage end-to-end design and ensure alignment with Quality/Regulatory standards and TAF
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Plan and estimate resources, dependencies, risks,



and timelines for delivery
- Oversee complex migrations (brownfield-to-greenfield) with minimal downtime
- Influence vendor product evaluations and maintain strong inter-organizational partnershipsResponsabilidades
- Proven experience designing and operating modern data center networks with spine-leaf and large-scale L2/L3 fabrics
- Expertise in data center virtualization and EVPN-VXLAN (BGP EVPN)
- Experience planning/executing complex network migrations with rollback strategies
- Hands-on experience with Arista EOS and network automation using IaC (Arista AVD, GitHub, CI/CD)
- Strong change-management and high-availability operational skills
- Proven ability to translate technical issues for business leaders and manage stakeholder expectations
