Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the company-wide Quality Management System, ensuring standardization and conformance across regions. You will partner with Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams to drive prevention, performance metrics, and continuous improvement within a global QMS framework. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and preventing quality issues while aligning with global standards. You’ll influence management decisions with data-driven insights and promote a proactive quality culture in a hybrid, multi-site environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead QMS governance, audits and certifications across regions
- Own Quality Policy, Manuals, Risks and Scope of QMS
- Analyze metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements
- Collaborate with process owners on RACI analyses for QMS processes




- Support special projects related to quality improvements
- Communicate performance to management and allocate resources as needed
- Promote GoalZERO quality culture and risk-based thinkingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality roles
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 certifications
