Experteer Overview
As a field-based clinical and technical expert, you support customers from pre-sales to post-sales to accelerate adoption of Cepheid diagnostic solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and care teams to ensure successful instrument and assay deployment and build customer satisfaction. You’ll engage clinicians and key stakeholders to enable go-lives and optimize clinical workflows. This role offers remote work in Spain and the chance to impact patient care at scale through cross-functional leadership and technical excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide in-field technical and scientific support during pre-sales to expand user adoption of Cepheid solutions
• Develop networks with clinicians and stakeholders to drive engagement and adoption
• Guide integration and go-live through implementation and ramp-up of Cepheid solutions
• Offer technical direction and troubleshooting for instrument operation, assay implementation, connectivity/LIS, and clinical workflows
• Deliver trainings, product demos,



and data analyses to inform decision-making and adoption
• Support sales strategy and revenue goals by enabling key accounts and lead generation across medical and infection-prevention functions

Responsabilidades
• MSc or PhD in Biology or Molecular Biology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Spanish healthcare market, with emphasis on point of care
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of molecular diagnostics and lab workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful trainings
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to travel up to 80% and hold a valid driver’s license with clean record
