Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Therapist at Expathy. The Therapist will provide virtual counseling and mental health support tailored to the needs of international expats.



Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering culturally sensitive guidance to clients. The Therapist will also collaborate with the Expathy team to ensure high-quality mental health support is delivered consistently.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- Personal experience living abroad (expatriate experience in another country)
- Licensed therapist with experience in individual counseling and therapy
- Expertise in working with diverse cultural backgrounds and expat-specific challenges
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Experience in providing remote therapeutic support
