Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats and emails;
Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
Native Norwegian and good English communication skills (at B2 level or higher);
~6+ months of experience in customer support role;
~ CRM systems expertise;
~ Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)

Experience in technical support;

Provide services during adaptable hours;
