We are currently seeking a motivated, artistically-driven Junior 3D Layout Artist to join our flagship studio in the breathtaking landscape of Tenerife, Canary Islands.

Annual Salary Range €21,000 — €26,500 (Entry-level competitive for Tenerife)
Working Hours Intensive Morning Schedule (Finish at 15:00 daily)

As a Junior Layout Artist , you sit at the critical junction between 2D storyboards and 3D production. You are the “cinematographer” of the digital world. Your day-to-day mission involves translating the emotional intent of a 2D animatic into a functioning 3D space, setting the stage for the animation and lighting departments.
Scene Blocking: Assist the senior layout team in interpreting storyboards to block out characters and environments, ensuring the spatial logic of the scene holds up in 3D.
Learn and apply the studio’s proprietary pipeline and naming conventions to ensure that scenes pass smoothly to the Animation and Art departments.
Visual Coherence: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that the scale, staging, and composition remain consistent across entire sequences.
