At Draxton , we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy across the short, medium, and long term , ensuring optimal capacity utilization while supporting the sustainable growth of the business. You will manage key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through compliance with established policies and procedures, while leveraging integral synergies across the organization whenever applicable. Your contribution will be essential to strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing value for both customers and the company . This position reports directly to the Commercial Director .




Define and execute customer-specific commercial strategies aligned with the company's short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
Lead commercial activities including RFQs, RFIs, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the management of commercial agreements.
Identify new business opportunities , monitor market trends, and maintain a strong project pipeline to support sustainable growth and capacity utilization.
Prepare sales forecasts, annual budgets, account reviews, and customer performance reports, leveraging data to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments to ensure successful project execution and customer support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
