Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director and working in close partnership with the Country Marketing Director and Leadership Team, you’ll define the product roadmap and drive its delivery in alignment with Pluxee’s global vision.
You’ll collaborate with the Country CIO and Global Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. From strategic design to go-to-market execution, you’ll be the driving force behind product innovation, ensuring that local business needs are met while contributing to a unified general product architecture.
Improves the global performance (revenue, cost, roi).




Develops new business opportunities to growth through product development and strategic product partnerships.
Manages and delivers the product roadmap, prioritizing based on data.
Leads product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping clients needs, detailing product solution and developing business case to assess the viability of the project.
Contributes to the delivery of sales content / training materials.
Delivers sales content / training materials in close collaboration with marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in product development.
5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
