Funciones y Responsabilidades

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team across
multiple departments. This internship program offers a unique opportunity for
students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and
contribute to meaningful projects.

As a HR Talent Becari@ your main responsibilities will include:

* Support the technical HR team (compensation, organizational development,
labor relations, HR compliance and digital)
* Support the analysis of organizational charts, role reviews, and
documentation of organizational processes.
* Collaborate with the HR Digital team to improve processes using
SuccessFactors,



our people management platform.
* Participate in the analysis of key data to support strategic decision-making
in the Compensation area.
* Assist in developing improvement proposals and managing relevant data for
designing compensation policies.
* Contribute to the review and update of internal policies and documentation
related to labor compliance.

Requisitos
* You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with
your university.
* A long-term intern available from February for 6 months.
* Availability of 25-40 hours per week.
* Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
* Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
* Student of Business Administration, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or
related fields.

Qué más puedes aportar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
