JOB SUMMARY:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Associate Project
Manager to support our growing liquid cooling solution integration projects.
This role will assist senior product managers in managing schedules,
coordinating cross-functional communication, and preparing materials to improve
execution and responsiveness to customer needs. The Associate Project Manager
will play a key role in ensuring project success by effectively managing
resources,time, budget, and people,



and by serving as a clear communicator
across internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):

Project Strategy & Procurement Alignment:

* Collaborate with RD and engineering teams to support new product development
(NPI) and ensure procurement lead times match product development milestones
and launch dates.
* Assess supplier capabilities, scalability, and sustainability, and provide
supply chain insights to cross-functional teams to guide supplier selection
and risk mitigation during the NPI phase.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, key features, and
market positioning.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

* Participate in supplier negotiations and collaborate with related supporting
team in Asia to ensuring PO on time delivery.
