About the role:

As the MPS Payroll Specialist Spain, you will be a key contributor to the
delivery of managed payroll services for Spanish SAP MPS customers.

This role focuses on the execution, validation, coordination, and continuous
improvement of Spanish payroll services delivered through SAP, in line with
agreed MPS service scopes and customer-specific operating models.

You will support the payroll cycle for Spanish SAP MPS customers, including SAP
payroll calculation, payroll validation, Social Security processes, statutory
payroll outputs,



IRPF-related activities, payments preparation, leaver and
finiquito processing, year-end activities, and operational coordination with
customer HR, payroll, and service teams.

The role also involves maintaining and improving operational documentation such
as SOPs, DWIs, process instructions, payroll procedures, customer-specific
manuals, and local working practices.

Which tasks can you expect?

* Manage the end-to-end delivery of Spanish payroll services for SAP MPS
customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to agreed service
levels and payroll calendars.

* Execute and validate payroll processing in SAP, including payroll
calculations, gross-to-net checks, variance analysis, payroll corrections,
payroll closure, and post-payroll activities.

* Handle Social Security and statutory payroll activities, including Sistema
RED/SLD processes, employee lifecycle changes, IRPF support, year-end
activiti
