Descripción del puesto:

The main activies of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:
Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.
Provide training and support to key users and end users.
Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.

Required qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR project management.
Solid knowledge of Success Factors. Certification in Success Factors is a plus.
Good technical understanding .
Strong communication skills and high level of customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in a multicultural setting.
Project Management: Strong in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and data analysis within SuccessFactors.
Communication: Clear verbal/written communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.
Leadership: Experience leading project teams and mentoring others.
Fluent in English.
