Role OverviewThis role leads the design and execution of a global Total Workforce Management (TWM) strategy, covering contingent labor, outsourced services, and professional services. The Category Manager will co-develop the workforce strategy with HR and translate it into sourcing, governance, and operational models.
The role is accountable for building and scaling a integral Managed Service Provider (MSP)



and Vendor Management System (VMS) ecosystem, ensuring visibility, compliance, and cost optimization across all external workforce categories.
You will drive commercial value, enforce governance, and improve workforce decisions through close collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
