This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a pivotal stage of its development and play a key role in building and shaping the finance function from the ground up. DescripciónLead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, defining financial processes,



controls, policies and reporting structures.
Develop and execute the organisation's financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and long-term financial modelling.
Ensure full compliance with Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements and labour-related financial obligations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
Provide detailed financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies and internal controls.
Drive performance management, profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.
Act as a business partner to operational and executive stakeholders.
