About the Role

As a Senior Security Architect, you'll be at the forefront of Swiss Re's
cybersecurity strategy, designing and implementing security solutions that
protect our integral operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to
create secure, scalable architectures while balancing innovation with risk
management.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop practical and versatile security requirements, architecture
blueprints and processes for the application and solution landscape

* Advance technical and organizational security competencies and adapt to
emerging security trends

* Review, advise on and approve security concepts for a variety of digital




solutions across Swiss Re's business landscape

* Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers inside Swiss Re's
architecture teams driving adoption within their IT departments

* Lead complex security discussions with multiple stakeholders, providing
expert guidance and solutions

* Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on our security
posture

About the Team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss
Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance,
risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security
strategy. As a part of the Cyber Security Organization, the Security
Architecture team shapes all aspects of Swiss Re's cybersecurity readiness. We
are seeking a senior expert in security architecture with the capability to
enhance our security maturity across all aspects of our IT environments.
