We are looking for an experienced and inspiring * Head of Key Account Management to lead our strategic customer portfolio and Key Account Management organization. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-value customer partnerships and leading a team focused on delivering exceptional customer value.As Head of KAM, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer strategy, strengthening executive relationships and ensuring that KONE remains the preferred partner for our most important customers.



What You Will Do * Lead and develop the Key Account Management team.* Define and execute the strategic account management approach.* Build executive-level relations with key customers.* Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention.* Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic agreements.* Ensure high-quality account planning and opportunity management.* Collaborate across Sales, Operations and Service functions to deliver customer value. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales or Commercial Leadership.* Demonstrated people leadership experience.* Strong track record in delivering business growth and customer retention.* Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.* Experience managing complex customer environments and long sales cycles.* Fluency in English/ Italian is
