This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to drive significant customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth primarily through strategic affiliate collaborations and other relevant partnerships. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful affiliate programs using platforms like Awin and Rakuten, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
What You'll Do Partnership Strategy: Define and own a comprehensive affiliate and partnerships strategy aligned with Impresss growth objectives — identifying the right mix of affiliate channels, co‐marketing opportunities, B2B referral agreements,



and ecosystem partnerships to drive scalable acquisition. Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify, pitch, and close partnerships with dental insurers, employee benefits providers, corporate wellness programs, healthcare networks, and complementary brands — building a pipeline of high‐value collaborators that expand Impresss reach beyond traditional marketing channels.
Affiliate Program Management: Lead the day‐to‐day management of our affiliate presence across platforms including Awin and Rakuten — covering campaign setup, partner recruitment, tracking, and performance optimisation.
Affiliate Partner Acquisition: Performance & Optimisation: Cross‐functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to develop compelling partner‐facing materials, co‐branded campaigns, and joint go‐to‐market initiatives.
