Own budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes.
Build world‐class visibility into company performance.
Improve forecasting accuracy across revenue, cash flow and profitability.
Turn finance into a decision‐support function rather than a reporting function.
Evaluate all major investment decisions across product, sales, marketing, M&A; and international expansion.
Define hurdle rates and investment frameworks for new initiatives.
Lead relationships with investors, banks and financial institutions.
Structure and execute future equity, venture debt and alternative financing transactions.
