Build the team Youll manage the PMs in the area and contribute to people topics for all product communities in the area (Design, Engineering, Data, Insurance). Hiring, coaching, hard feedback, performance calls. A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution. You can challenge a data team and catch a bad read.
Youre hands‐on in the engine room : event tracking, funnel analysis, experiment dashboards, growth instrumentation.
English fluency is required; French is a nice‐to‐have.
