Provide technical support and customer training, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose complex hardware and software issues, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and instrument performance.
Install and commission Electron Microscopy systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
