This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team within Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta with focus on technical sales. Manage the (Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta) SE team including conducting performance evaluations, approving paid time-off, assigning or delegating work, providing on-the-job training, giving guidance to staff, conducting performance improvement plans, taking disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
