Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Operations Excellence Experts team. The idóneo candidate will have a passion for supply chain optimization and process improvement, good project management skills, experience interfacing with external parties (e.g. You will evaluate the efficiency of the vendor's supply chain processes via data analysis and in person audit of the vendor's warehouses, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, guide the improvement effort, and measure outcomes. One of the new programs is the AVS Operations Excellence Expert Service, which is a specialized offering for Amazon Retail vendors who are facing supply chain defects leading to financial deductions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operational supply chain processes (shipping and order fulfilment) or similar fields Speak, read and write fluently in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level) Preferred Qualifications Experience in working on continuous improvement (i.e. Kaizen) and project management Negotiation skills and confidence in presenting in English Fluency in one additional European lang
