Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for an M&A; Analyst based out of Luca de Tena office (Madrid). At Santander CIB, you will be part of a leading global investment banking platform advising sophisticated corporate and institutional clients on some of the most relevant transactions in the market. You will gain meaningful exposure to live deals, work closely with senior bankers, and build your career in one of the most dynamic sectors in EMEA. Senior access and mentorship: Work closely with senior bankers and experienced deal teams
Building and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion / dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities
Preparing high‐quality client materials, including pitch books,



strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents
Supporting live transaction execution across M&A; and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination, workstream management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideas
2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A;, ECM / IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment
Undergraduate degree from a top‐tier university with a strong academic track record
Fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals
Proven ability to produce high‐quality client‐facing materials, with excellent attention to detail and quality control
