Key Mission: Driving Success in the Chemical Sector Across EU
Reporting directly to the International Director, you will oversee operations across your designated area, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, distributor performance, and outstanding customer service. Your leadership will contribute to business growth and operational excellence in alignment with company values and objectives.
Main Responsibilities in Operations Management

Lead and oversee daily operations at multiple sites, ensuring adherence to sales, safety, quality, and operational standards (FDA, HACCP, SQF compliance).
Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans to achieve financial, quality, and service targets within the area.
Analyse data and key performance indicators (KPIs)



to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and marketing teams to optimize inventory management and cost controls.
Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enable business growth and brand positioning.
Lead the launch of new sites or service lines.
Prepare and present regular operational reports and strategic plans to the Steering Committee and executive leadership.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience managing international sales in FMCG, having experience in the EU market (UK is one of the main countries).
