In this role you will lead complex industrial projects from Barcelona, partnering with Turner u0026amp; Townsend and CBRE to deliver high-impact outcomes. You will set development strategies, manage procurement, and oversee cost and schedule performance. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality and compliance across the project lifecycle. This is a growth opportunity to shape major commissions for a market-leading client base in an international context.

• Strategic Management: define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP)
• Financial Control and Planning: monitor cost plan progress, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts
• Leadership and Communication: be the primary client contact and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors
• Quality and Compliance: ensure adherence to the Quality Management System,
manage inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time
• Reporting: prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
• A minimum of 7 years project management experience in a technical complex environment
• Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from inception to post-project review xqbhyrx
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and experience in an international context
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
