In this Lead Product Manager, Acquisition role, you own the top-of-funnel experience for couples discovering The Knot Worldwide. You lead the logged-out experience, define the acquisition strategy, and drive seamless handoffs into the planning workflow across Barcelona and US hubs. You collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and data science to convert demand into account creation and ongoing engagement. You will shape a data-driven, cross-functional growth agenda with a clear impact on conversion and lifecycle.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Set 1- to 2-year top-of-funnel acquisition roadmap with integrated paid and organic growth strategy
• Own the logged-out experience and clarify ownership boundaries across surfaces and partner teams
• Partner with Marketing to define SEO, GEO, and LLM-discoverability strategies and measure opportunity and risk
• Drive conversion through strong merchandising, brand clarity,



and ongoing experimentation on acquisition surfaces
• Own account creation and sign-in flow and ensure smooth handoff to planning experience
• Collaborate closely with Consumer and Product Marketing to rapidly build, test, and scale landing pages and campaigns
• Present bets and tradeoffs to zone leadership and determine roadmap inclusions versus exclusions
• Lead cross-functional alignment and influence decisions without formal authority

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of top-of-funnel growth, logged-out or web acquisition, or conversion-driven consumer experiences at scale
• Proven track record of surfacing risk and hard tradeoffs early and managing execution risk across cross-functional dependencies
• Fluency in SEO and GEO/LLM-discoverability, able to co-own strategy with a specialist without deep SEO expertise required
• Strong CRO and merchandising instincts
