P&C; Specialist – Projects & Data Analysis | Barcelona

We are currently looking for a P&C; Specialist – Projects & Data Analysis to support integral P&C; digitalisation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR applications, processes and reporting.

Location: Barcelona

Your responsibilities• Support and coordinate global P&C; digitalisation projects, including local implementation• Lead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirements• Support Success

Factors applications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level support• Coordinate testing, release management and user training• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes• Drive improvements in P&C; data quality, particularly across subsidiaries• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting• Support global HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders,



subject matter experts and external partners• Contribute to change requests and continuous application improvements

Your profile Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT Strong experience with SAP Success

Factors, ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay Experience working in an international environment, ideally with global Success

Factors implementations Strong analytical and organisational skills Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders️ Fluent English is required; German would be an advantage A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
