Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Lead for a leading general company in the automotive technology sector, with a major presence in Jaén.
We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead and coordinate technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
What you will do:
- Lead and coordinate technical and product development activities.
- Manage project planning, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Act as a key interface between internal teams and customers.
- Ensure projects meet quality, cost, delivery, and technical objectives.
- Support product development from concept through to successful delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in technical project management, engineering leadership, or product development.
- Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience working with customers and international stakeholders.
- Professional level of English.
- Background in electronics, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or related fields is highly valued.
