ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help transform how couples discover, evaluate, and connect with wedding professionals,



and how wedding professionals find high-intent couples who are a strong fit for their businesses.it is to create increasingly relevant, personalized matches across a highly fragmented market, while balancing couple outcomes, vendor value, marketplace liquidity, and long-term business growth.You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, research, product marketing, and teams serving both sides of the marketplace. This role is a strong fit for someone who understands marketplace dynamics, is comfortable working with data and algorithmically powered experiences, and can turn ambiguous customer and business problems into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.Identify and address marketplace challenges such as relevance, liquidity, supply quality and coverage, matching efficiency, trust, conversion, and the balance between customer experience and monetization.Partner
