About The Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and leading a team of sales representatives across your region. This is a full‑time position based in Barcelona, reporting to the Managing Director, with frequent travel across your region.

In This Role, You Will
- Implement KOMPAN’s commercial strategy across your region, ensuring strong execution and market presence
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement
- Act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management, ensuring smooth coordination and execution




- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, customers, and partnerships across your territory
- Analyse markets, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position
- Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
- Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results
- Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project‑based opportunities and tenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Represent KOMPAN at events, trade fairs, and client meetings
- Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity
