AVOS TECH is expanding its Premium International Customer Service Team for a leading Spanish health insurance company.

We’re looking for native-level English speakers who are based in Spain and fluent in Spanish to join our remote customer care team.

Deliver excellent customer service to international clients needing health insurance for visa/residency purposes
Handle administrative tasks: data updates.
Empathize with customers and support their integration into the Spanish healthcare system

Monday to Friday from 11:00 – 19:00
Flexibility to cover different shifts occasionally (sick leave, holidays) is required

Full-time contract
Position is 100% remote (from anywhere in Spain)

Path to permanent employment: Initial agency contract with progression to an indefinite contract after training
Training provided: onboarding and ongoing support throughout your career

Fluent English (native-level, spoken and written)
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Reside in Spain and have the legal right to work
Ability to work from home
Availability for 5 days of unpaid online training before starting
Willing to work on Madrid local public holidays
