Acting as the main liaison between the business and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), you will drive service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the data protection landscape.What your responsibilities will beAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for backup, data protection,



and compliance-related topics.Provide technical guidance and support to infrastructure teams on backup and data protection solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.Collaborate with architecture teams to design, evolve, and manage the lifecycle of data protection platforms.Own and maintain technical and functional documentation related to data protection services and processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for quality, validation, and internal/external audit activities related to data protection.Manage and coordinate project and service demand in collaboration with project management teams and technology vendors.Oversee the transition of new projects and solutions into managed services operations.Degree, Technical Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.Experience of 5 – 10 years in the administration and management of backup and data protection platforms.Advanced knowledge of back
