That’s why we need a Global Quality Manager like you.What your responsibilities will beIssue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business UnitStay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvementFoster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management SystemsCoordinate integral Quality projects and initiativesCoordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of BiopharmaManage digitalization projects Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalate risks detected to Senior ManagementEvaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementationContinuous support to the Quality areas of BiopharmaWho you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field5-10 years of experience managing quality systems is requiredAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in project managementAbility to facilitate changeDevelops collaborative working relationshipsGood understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological productsInternatio
