Project Manager – Cyber Defense (Antimalware Program)

About the Role

We are looking for a

Project Manager

to lead a strategic Cyber Defense initiative focused on evaluating and deploying next-generation antimalware solutions. The role requires end-to-end project management expertise, ensuring delivery

On Time, On Scope, On Budget , while aligning with cybersecurity best practices.
You will act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing governance, risk, and communication, and ensuring a smooth transfer of the service to

Business as Usual (BAU)

operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

antimalware program

lifecycle, from planning to BAU transition.
Define and maintain the

project plan, communication plan, and governance framework .
Organize and chair

steering committees and project committees , preparing packs and minutes.
Coordinate with

technical experts, architects, procurement teams, vendors, and business entities .




Present and deploy the solution across in-scope entities.
Oversee documentation: ToR, risk logs, change logs, financials, KPIs, deliverables list, etc.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring mitigation and escalation where needed.
Deliver clear and structured updates to diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills

Fluent Spanish

(spoken and written, corporate environment).
Fluent English

(technical and cybersecurity environment).
Strong background in

Project Management

with certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2).
Intermediate expertise in

operating systems, networks, cloud, and integrations .
Advanced proficiency in

Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) .
Proven

leadership and stakeholder management

capabilities.
Excellent

communication skills , with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly.
Strong

organization, prioritization, and problem-solving

skills.
