Description

We are seeking a

Wallets & Card Program Manager

to lead the strategy, design, and technical implementation of our digital wallet and debit card programs in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of product, payments technology, and regulatory compliance, and will own the end-to-end lifecycle of wallet and card solutions — from product vision to scheme integration, launch, and optimization.

The adecuado candidate combines strong product thinking with hands-on understanding of Payment Accounts, card issuing payment rails, digital wallets and core banking integrations.

What You’ll Own

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallet capabilities, aligning with company growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities

Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings,



and customers need to identify opportunities for new product features, monetization models.

Design and oversee the end-to-end card and wallet ecosystem architecture, integrating internal and external systems

Drive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure Accounts and Card functionalities operate seamlessly across all platforms during each product implementation and release

Prioritize initiatives and maintain a structured product backlog and delivery roadmap balancing regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs.

Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, and customer support

Define functional requirements and translate business requirements into clear product specifications for core banking capabilities supporting payment accounts and Cards
