Qualifications & Skills

Spanish native and fluent English; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus

Experience in business development, sales,



or a related field, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry

Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to the development of business plans

Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required

A basic understanding of other Ajax product lines, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders

Self‑motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Willingness to travel within the Iberia region as needed
