The Role
Understand our business, our technology, and our teams to participate in Fever internal development projects.
Understand business processes and design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM‑based solutions to meet business requirements.
Define and implement Salesforce CRM‑based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development.
Deploy metadata between sandboxes and production environments with DevOps.
Display strong presentation, organizational, and executional skills.
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Work proficiency in English.
2+ years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform.
Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Proven experience with Salesforce‑based deployments.
Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast‑pace environment.
