CJE Digital Marketeer

to join our Digital Sales Team of

Business Banking Spain

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketeer you will:

Play a crucial

delivery role in the data-driven culture supporting our products and services

Be responsible for delivering valuable insights to both your colleagues and our clients

Promote innovation and testing in the fields of personalized, digital sales & m Your day-to-day job in the Digital Sales Area will focus on

driving digital activation and conversion

of our channels, products and services for Business Banking clients . You will do this by designing, executing and optimizing

data-driven

campaigns and customer journeys

across different touchpoints, including our webpage, app, closed web environment, third-party digital channels such as SEA/Display, and e-mail,

in close coordination with Marketing and other key stakeholders .





You will also be part of an Agile environment by being a member of the multidisciplinary team of specialists. Your colleagues will have a background in analytics, in marketing, in channels and communication.

Your team is responsible for boosting (digital) sales and services of Business Banking through

data driven digital (personalization) campaigns

and offering the most relevant and personal customer experience. Next to this,

innovation

in the field of digital marketing needs to be evangelized within the tribe and to other squads within ING.

As Digital Marketeer, you strengthen your squad by your experience in business and functional analysis, experienced

stakeholder management

, clear & concise communications, contributing to collaborative and effective team performance, and a natural affinity with the strategic and tactical roadmap of your department (‘tribe’). You will work with the product owner to prioritize business and information needs, and
