Brand Manager

to join our team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and tactics

Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns

Organize and lead events, presentations, and customer engagements

Adapt and create local promotional materials aligned with HQ guidelines

Train and support the field force with brand-related knowledge

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing





Manage marketing budget efficientlyEnsure compliance with all regulations and industry standards

We value candidates who have

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Minimum 3 years of prior experiences as a successful Brand or Product Manager in a Pharmaceutical company

Native in Spanish and fluent in English

Knowledge of MS Office and digital skills

Driving license

Willing to travel and work on the field at least 20% of the time
