We are looking for a
Mid‑Senior Java Engineer
to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients in the
banking sector .
Location
Hybrid in Madrid (3x2)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain IT services, including integration with other systems and infrastructure
Develop solutions on the Java technology stack, with integration of business rule services
Implement and maintain interfaces using REST web services
Integrate and develop using the Actico Platform and Visual Rules (Actico Rules)
Support the full software development lifecycle, including operation and maintenance of IT services
Mandatory Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Extensive experience in Java system engineering and development
Hands‑on experience integrating REST web service technologies and using Eclipse for development and debugging
Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git), Oracle databases and SQL
Beneficial: Business Rule Management (modelling, management, and implementation); certifications in Visual Rules / Actico Rules are a plus
Language skills: fluent English
