We are looking for a sharp, organized, and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and day-to-day social operations across THE TEAM’s EMEA/APAC-based corporate social channels and broader social ecosystem.

Reporting into the EMEA/APAC Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform‑native content across THE TEAM‑owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling, internet culture, and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

This role can either be based in our London or Madrid offices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day management and execution across THE TEAM‑owned EMEA/APAC corporate social channels.

Assist with content scheduling, publishing and platform maintenance across priority social platforms.

Support Social Media Managers with content coordination,



publishing workflows and social‑first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations.

Draft social copy and assist with content building across formats including short‑form video, carousels, Stories and real‑time content.

Support community management and audience engagement while helping maintain THE TEAM’s voice, tone and editorial standards.

Monitor trends, conversations and emerging platform behaviors to identify culturally relevant opportunities and content inspiration.

Conduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes.

Assist with content organization, asset management and internal workflow coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Support real‑time social coverage during events, launches, campaigns and major company moments when needed.
