Job Details

Location: Ideally in Vienna, but anywhere in Spain, Sweden, Poland or Germany also works

Languages: English (mandatory); Spanish, German, or French is a plus

Experience: 5+ years in similar roles

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 gross annually

Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role
Our commercial organisation has outgrown its processes. We need someone to own Revenue Operations end to end and build the operating system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on: a clean CRM, reliable pipeline and forecasting data, dashboards leadership actually trusts, and workflows that scale without turning into bureaucracy.

This is a hands‑on, high-ownership role. You will not be handed a playbook — you will write it.



You will design the processes, build them in the tools, drive adoption with the teams who use them, and automate everything that does not need a human. If you like being the person who turns operational chaos into something that quietly works, you will enjoy this.

What You’ll Do

Own and optimise the end-to-end Revenue Operations function across the customer lifecycle

Administer and continuously improve our CRM and revenue tech stack (Pipedrive today, plus surrounding tooling)

Design scalable processes that increase efficiency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy

Build dashboards, reports and forecasting models that leadership uses to make decisions

Safeguard CRM data quality, governance and process consistency — while keeping adoption high

Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and no-code/low-code tools

Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, territory planning and s
