Drive Service Excellence and Standards

Lead Warranty and Quality Management

Build and develop the Service Network

Establish and strengthen our network of service partners; provide support for warranty, parts, and service operations





Build partner capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes to ensure exceptional customer service

Coach and train service partners to implement and adhere to our integral service standards

Conduct on‑site audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Take ownership of the warranty process, ensuring efficient claims approval and using warranty data to proactively address quality improvements and parts supply

Implement Strategic Service Initiatives

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or mobility services

Strong analytical, communication, and customer‑oriented mindset

Results‑oriented with excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time‑management skills

Great negotiation skills

Excellent English and one European language (Spanish, Italia
