Eurovision Services is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join the team in our Madrid Office, Spain

ABOUT THE PRE-SALES TEAM
Our Pre-Sales team plays a critical role in driving revenue by

designing tailored solutions that bridge the gap between the customer’s requirements and our services . This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will lead the technical aspects of our sales process, from initial customer engagement through

solution design and proposal delivery . You will work closely with the commercial team, translating client requirements into comprehensive, commercially viable solutions and strategically advocating for them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:

Lead the pre-sales process

for complex broadcast solutions, including contribution, distribution, and media management services.

Work closely with the Commercial team to

align the sales strategy with technical solutions,





providing detailed product knowledge and strategy.

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to

customize solutions

when necessary,

ensuring they meet specific customer requirements.

Work with prospective and existing customers to understand their business requirements and challenges,

building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and technology vendors.

Prepare detailed and customized proposals

for prospective and existing customers, outlining how the company’s solutions address their specific challenges.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the broadcast field.

Contribute to the development of standard solution templates and the continuous improvement of the team’s practices.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in a

pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales position,

working in the broadcast, media, or telecommunications
