Role overview: The Global Director of Infrastructure & Platforms defines and drives Pluxee's global infrastructure and platform strategy, ensuring alignment with the Technology Platforms & Operations vision, enterprise architecture standards, and target operating model.
The role leads a global organization spanning Infrastructure Dev Ops, Cloud Delivery,
and Regional Infrastructure & Platforms teams, delivering consistent execution across all regions. Working closely with Regional IT & Payment leaders, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architecture, Digital Factory, and local IT teams, the Director drives the transformation toward standardized, cloud-first, multi-cloud platforms through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia C), and Dev Sec Ops practices.
The role is accountable for platform availability, scalability, resilience, governance, and operational excellence, while ensuring adoption of global standards and operating models across countries. As a member of the Technology Operations & Platforms leadership team, the Director industrializes global infrastructure capabilities, manages strategic technology partnerships, and leads vendor governance to support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency worldwide.
