Key job responsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the ESP Commissioning Manager include owning the challenges in ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical and mechanical systems for our customers. You will think broadly and strategically in setting visions and prioritizing the commissioning program aligned with goals of the larger organization. You lead a team of commissioning engineers, with broad responsibilities to hire, build a high-performing team and lead the safety culture by example. Utilizing industrial standards and company goals, you develop and manage quality-focused initiatives, manage and analyze metrics to drive innovation and continuous improvements.
