Patient Recruitment assistant (Freelance Contractor) Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Contract Length: S hort term Working Pattern: Full-time, 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain experience within the clinical research industry. Full training will be provided, making this an adecuado entry-level position. Key Responsibilities * Helping individuals access clinical research opportunities. * Conduct telephone-based screening of potential study participants against protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. * Accurately enter, review, update, and maintain patient information within clinical trial management systems. * Schedule suitable participants into site appointments and maintain accurate booking records.



Required Skills & Experience Essential * Fluent Spanish language skills. * Good English language skills, particularly reading and written communication. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods. * Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. * Eligible to work as a freelance contractor (Autónomo) in Spain. Preferred * Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline. * Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, outbound calling, patient-facing, recruitment, or administrative environment.
