We are looking for a motivated Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition who is ready to take the next step in a performance-driven commercial career.
In this role, you will play an important part in growing the business within the Polish-speaking market, taking ownership of prospects from the initial conversation through to successful conversion.
About the Role
As a Polish-Speaking Account Executive, your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and converting prospective customers into active subscribers.
You'll join an international environment where commercial ambition, persistence, and a proactive approach are valued and rewarded.
This is a hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain.

What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities within the Polish-speaking market
- Take ownership of the sales process from initial outreach to successful deal closure
- Proactively contact potential customers through outbound calls and prospecting
- Handle a high volume of sales activity, including approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
- Present the product and conduct online demonstrations
- Support potential customers during their free trial period
- Convert qualified leads and trials into paying subscribers
- Contribute to the growth of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Follow up effectively on leads provided through internal systems
- Keep your sales pipeline active, organised, and moving forward
- Achieve targets
