from strategy and hiring to go-to-market and fundraising.Help with corporate management: contracts and founder agreements, governance, phantom share plans and other incentive structures.Prepare the next financing round end to end, including the financial model, materials, data room, investor process and closing.Fund operations and mediaRun the operating cadence: collect founder updates, maintain portfolio metrics and dashboards, and deliver high-quality reporting to partners and LPs.Own the operations and compliance of a management company regulated by the CNMV, coordinating legal, tax and commercial matters with the right experts.Grow itnig's media channels and 100,000+ audience, use them to create founder value and dealflow, and ensure a sustainable P&L.Dealflow; and investment qualityBuild a differentiated network and proprietary pipeline of exceptional early-stage technology founders.Lead deep due diligence: check founder ref
